Mindfulness meditation has been scientifically proven to relieve stress and anxiety, improve concentration and lead to a happier and healthier way of living and is even more beneficial when practiced outdoors in nature.
Catherine Waterfall, a stress-management and mindfulness coach with over 10 years meditation experience, will guide visitors through the formal gardens and woodland areas on a tranquil stroll through the senses.

Tickets are £20 per person. This includes entry to the garden for the event, but normal admission charge applies into the castle.
