Steven Devine, the conductor of the English Haydn Festival Orchestra, displays his talent on the fortepiano alongside Simon Standage, leader of the orchestra and Salomon String Quartet and musicologist Pavel Serbin, cello. Steven is the Principal Keyboard Player with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and also The Gonzaga Band, and performs regularly with many other groups around Europe.
Simon Standage is well known as a virtuoso violinist specialising in 17th and 18th-century music. Leader and soloist with the English Haydn Orchestra, he also fulfilled the same role for many years with the City of London Sinfonia.
Pavel Serbin is recognised for not only his orchestral and solo performances, but his passion for research into lost compositions of both Russian and European eighteenth century composers.
