Westwood House
Garden open for charity
A country garden, well designed and planted around the house, particularly known for its tulips and use of colour. Sweeping lawns offset by deeply planted mixed borders; pool garden and lawn tennis court; kitchen and cutting garden, with everything designed to attract wildlife for organic growth. Woodland walks with far-reaching views of this delightful corner of the county.
This is rather a special day for Westwood House as records show that it was the day that the foundation stone for the “new house” at Westwood was laid in 1726
