Our Spring foraging courses take place in Ouzel Valley Park, by kind permission of the Parks Trust. This beautiful park’s mixture of hedgerow, meadow and riverside make it a great location for suburban Spring & Summer foraging. It is within easy reach of Bedford, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Northampton, Luton, Bicester and even Stevenage.
Whether you're just starting your foraging journey or you wish to gain more confidence when identifying spring time delicacies, our experienced foraging instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring you gain the confidence to identify and gather wild edibles safely.
