ShrewsburyReset & Rewild: A Mindful Walking Half Day Retreat
12:00 - 17:30 21st February 2026
More InformationReset & Rewild: A Shrewsbury Riverside Mindful Walk, Nature Journalling & Coffee/Tea
Step gently into spring with a deep breath, a lighter heart, and a slower pace. Join Lowri and Janire for a wholesome, restorative half-day retreat designed to help you reset, rewild, and realign as nature begins to wake from winter. This experience is all about soft beginnings, fresh energy, and giving yourself permission to pause.
We’ll begin with a peaceful riverside walk following a beautiful section of the Severn Way and the Shrewsbury River Loop. As we wander beside the water, you’ll notice the subtle signs of spring — budding branches, birdsong returning, and that quiet sense that the world is stretching awake again.
Along the way, we’ll pause for gentle mindfulness moments, simple nature journalling prompts, and space to just be present. No pressure. No performance. Just calm movement, grounded breath, and that lovely “I needed this” feeling.
The 12.5km route is relaxed, scenic, and easy-going, flowing through riverside paths, open green spaces, and peaceful woodland edges — the perfect setting for reflection, reconnection, and soft spring energy.
We’ll finish at Condor Coffee for a cosy coffee or tea, where we’ll gather for gentle spring intention-setting and mini vision-boarding. Think fresh starts, quiet confidence, and planting little seeds for the season ahead — without any New Year pressure attached.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and gently rewilded.
